Overview

Requires employers to enter basic report information and presents options for pre-populating employee wage information.

User Information

Name
The name of the logged on user.
User ID
The User ID of the logged on user.
Email Address
  • The email address at which you can receive password reset instructions or email messages regarding this tax account.
  • Update E-mail Address - This will only display when user is an employer. Allows update to the employer's e-mail address.
  • Employer
    The employer's TWC tax account number and name of business. This will only display when an employer is in focus.
    TWC Payment Due
    The amount owed to TWC. There may be pending transactions that could affect the amount displayed. This will only display when an employer is in focus.
    Make Payment
    View payment details and select a payment option. This will only display when an employer is in focus and the logged on user has authority to make a payment for the employer.
    Report(s) Due
    Indicates the number of reports that are Due or Late. This will only display when an employer is in focus.

    Wage Report - Period

    [Month Year](Number of Employees)
    Required. The 3 months in the reporting period. For each month listed, specify the number of employees, both full-time and part-time, who were employed during pay periods that include the 12th day of that month.
    Texas County
    Required. The Texas County with the greatest number of employees during the quarter.
    Were any of the Texas employees listed on this report paid wages to another state during [filing year]?
    Indicates whether or not this employer reported employee wages to a state other than Texas during the filing year.

    Filing Options

    Do you want to upload employee wage details from a file?
    Indicates whether or not you want to upload a file with employee wage information. This will not display in Edit mode.
    Do you want to use the employee information (S.S.N. and name) from the last wage report filed?
    Indicates whether or not you want the wages list to pre-fill with employee information from the last wage report filed. This will only display if an employer filed the latest report with employee wages. This will not display in Edit mode.
